Freight on all online orders at www.victronenergy.co.nz is free – just select the Free Freight option at check out.
There is a charge for processing customer collection orders.
Our staff are following strict protocols and procedures for collection and drop off during Covid-19 Level 3. Please only use this method if you have a genuine requirement to do so.
Contactless Collection
- Before making your way to us call us on 094145520 and give us an estimated time of your arrival.
- When you get to 1 Ride Way, stay in your car and call us on 094145520
- We will come out and put your consignment on the doorstep
- Wait for us to get back inside and collect your items.
- Before leaving check that your order is complete. If there are any discrepancies, call us on 094145520 before you leave the car park.
Contactless drop off
- Before making your way to us call us on 094145520 and give us an estimated time of your arrival.
- When you get to 1 Ride Way, stay in your car and call us on 094145520
- Put your items on our doorstep and go back into your car
- Once you are back in your car, we will come out and collect your items.
You will not be allowed on our premises without prior arrangement.
